Watch movies together with your Telegram group
For many Iranians, the group chat lives on Telegram, so that's where movie night starts. Telegram isn't built for synced playback, but you can start from the group and still watch properly together.

What Telegram offers
In a group video chat, one person can share their screen and play the movie. Others see it, but quality depends on that one connection and audio and video often stutter.
Streaming a file in Telegram isn't in sync
Telegram plays a file separately for each person while it downloads. Everyone moves at their own pace, and if someone pauses, nobody else knows. Watching together needs shared playback.
Better: send a room link to the group
Create a Kinoo room and drop its link in the Telegram group. Everyone taps it, lands in the same room in their phone browser, and the movie plays in sync, with chat and reactions in the room.
A movie you downloaded from Telegram
If the file has no online link, the Pro plan lets you play your own video file to the room. Or upload it somewhere that gives a direct link, such as your own cloud storage, and paste that link.
How to get started
- 1
Create a room
Make a Kinoo room and add the movie.
- 2
Post the link in the group
Share the room link in your Telegram group or channel.
- 3
Watch in sync
Everyone joins with a tap and the movie plays the same for all.
